Founded by certified Running and Fitness coach, Jaymie Pizarro (The Bull Runner), TEMPO offers carefully curated programs for RUNNING, STRENGTH & WELLNESS designed to help you reach your fitness goals - no matter where you are in your running journey.

Upon signing up, you'll receive your full program in a Tempo Handbook with a Journal and Tracker to keep you accountable. All Strength Workouts and our array of Wellness classes, such as Meditation and Yoga, are follow-along and on-demand so you can workout anywhere and anytime with us.
